Personnel Manager (CPM)
CPM
is a complete employee management solution for the Table
Games Department. It includes not only tools for
schedules, roadmaps, and sign-in sheets creation, but
also allows you to monitor employee performance and
attendance. CPM also tracks the scheduling expenses
of your department. It generates a variety of
reports that can help you analyze and optimize the department’s
scheduling.
CPM’s
main modules are:
Employee
Manager – This module controls the employee
database. You can use it to view the employee
information or add or delete an employee. An employee
record is a complex structure that includes everything
from address, phone number, and e-mail, to game skills
and days off.
Attendance
– This module will assist you with tracking attendance.
Here, you will log all the attendance violations
and will be able to print reports with the attendance
history of each employee.
Performance
Log – This module allows you to keep track
of employee performance. You can use it to log
every coaching session. You can also print reports
with the history of each employee. This is a great
tool when the time comes for the annual performance
evaluations.
Schedules
– Even though the complexity of the scheduling
process requires constant interaction with the other
modules, Scheduling is without a doubt the heart of
CPM. Use it to create new or work on previously
saved schedules. This module has several sub-modules:
Roadmaps, Sign-in Sheets, Requirements, etc. They all
work together to achieve the final goal: creating an
efficient schedule and roadmaps.
CPM
uses templates to organize the schedule and roadmap
data. There are 7 preset templates, one for each
day of the week, but you can add your own templates
that can represent different occasions like New Year,
Christmas, or any other event that does not fit into
the preset templates. For every template you specify
the amount of employees you need on each shift and start
time. When working on a schedule, you can set a different
template for each weekday and then run the requirements
report to check the start time assignments you have
made against the requirements you have set for this
template.
For
each template and shift you can organize the casino
tables in the way you want them to appear on the roadmap.
When opening a roadmap, CPM checks the templates
you have assigned to this day and uses the configuration
for the current shift. This feature gives you
a great deal of flexibility, allowing you to create
roadmaps for different days and shifts with just a press
of a button.
CPM
includes many other tools and utilities to help you
with your everyday tasks. For more information
